Heres some great pics from this wensday, at the MISS AMERICA PAGEANT. Light was invited to preform three numbersin between competitions that would be filmed and aired on national television ( on september 21st, watch it!!!) Yeah it was quite the day. This is Holly me and Celeste on the bus at 8:30 in the morning, we were gone till two at night so this was the beginning to a very long and lazy day!

So about halfway through our day i decided to go and explore the area! The program was filmed at this fancy hotel in Tuscon, yeah, the Miss America pageant . . . in TUSCON, so wierd but yeah, I decided to see what I could get away with in the lobby. Then i saw her! Miss WORLD! like the whole thing! It was awesome, and no, im not shy, i ran to her and shouted " Hey your Miss. World , thats so cool, can i get a few pictures with you???" She was a little scared i think but posed for all the picture that i made her agent take of us!!! HAHA see was so cool!

After we did a few run throughs we had to wait . . . .for a long time, for them to call us on for the real deal. so i was able to converse with a few of the contestants and the host, ALAN THICKE!!!! You know, the dad from the old show, GROWING PAINS! He was so tight, i sat next to him in the waiting lobby and had a drink . . . i had a drink with alan, my dear friend ALAN THICKE. He talked to me about preformance and i asked him lots of questions! He is really nice, and old, and nice!

Heres a shot of me and some of the girls in light right before we went on. i adore thier ability to be as horribly awkward as I am! I dont know all the girls all that well yet but thier all so original and awesome so i cant wait till our next tour! It doing to ROCK!

K, so i was chill in in the lobby before the show as all the Miss's come in to get ready, after they all proceeded to the makeup room, and older lady and this adorable boy came walking through the door after them. My maternal insincts kicked in and i imidiatly ran over picked up the kid! He was so cute!!! His tux was so little. Man, im such a girl but honestly i talked to him grandma and found out that hes Miss. Alabamas SON! Cool huh! I had to get a picture of that little piece of perfection!

MMMMHMMMM free food! FAME covered our dinner that evening which i am so greatful for! It was at theat one well-known steak resturaunt in tuscon that cuts off peoples ties! SO cool! My chicken was shaped like a heart so i decided to express myself!!!
