I love my day off

I generally don't get days off, even when I don't have to work, I end up spending my day catching up on the homework that I fell behind on during the week and Chad and I end up getting take out and watching Netflix to make studying on a Saturday night more bearable.

not.this.weekend.

We didn't do any homework (that's not to say that we didn't have any homework but it can wait). I actually got ready to go before noon, and we were off! We were looking fly and jamming out in the jeep the whole way to Idaho Falls, it was definitely going to be a good day! We got to I.F and the first place we stopped was the thrift stores... kind of a tradition for me and Chad. I found two awesome decorative tins and got them for a steal, then at DI I got a new dress and that right there was all I wanted, I could have gone home and been happy but that was just the start to our good day :)
after a successful morning of thrifting, we went to Great Harvest to get some free bread! We sampled their garlic savory herb bread and had to buy a loaf! the lady there was so sweet, she threw in another! yeah, TWO loaves of our favorite bread!
This day was just getting better and better! Then, the main event, we went to the Museum of Eastern Idaho and got out tickets to see SUE! The worlds most complete Tyrannosaurus Rex dinosaur! Here are some pictures of our visit!

Just me and Chad:)

Here is the main attraction! chad and I tried taking this picture from all angles but we could never get her whole body in the shot!

What a nice smile! Gulp

Chad loved all the castings... thus the thumbs
I had to watch that Stegosaurus, it kept checking out Chad... he was asking for it there

Just doing the robot with this prehistoric Rapor, no big deal.
Directions on how to touch something? weird. However, Chad found them helpful...

Our awesome and extremely colorful unrealistic Dino-masks! (I was trying to make a ferocious dino face but instead it looks like I'm trying to show off that I brushed my teeth, sorry)
We are so cool.
