Breakfast Anyone?
Here are a few of my breakfast tips! These foods are both filling a stuffed full of essential "stuff". First, this oatmeal is awesome. I am not a huge oatmeal person but every skinny person i know loves it so that's enough for me. I used to get the Quaker oatmeal variety boxes but all the packages were different and the low cal ones were nasty. These are all 130 cals, you add WATER so you don't have to worry about the 100 extra cals from milk but you CAN if you'd like. But the best part.. its good!
Here is the nutritional Facts! Its pretty healthy and its even got some fiber and low fat! So yummy and it only takes 90 seconds to make!
One of the best ways to jump start you metabolism in the morning is eggs and a banana! The protein from the eggs combined with the banana will fill you and give you a burst of energy! Its awesome... do it!
Who doesn't like chocolate milk! This one is a little higher in calories but you get all you vitamins and have a ton of energy! Plus its very portable! Take it to school to work...pretty much any where you go. Its 130cals plus a cup of milk is 220 but I always have an extra cup of milk to make it last longer... and I tend to round up... just to be safe so I have 350cals for this one...totally worth it :)
