Shedding Some Layers

Shedding some layers...because it sounds better than losing my fat. fat...I hate that word.
That's why I'm getting rid of it. I'm a happy person, I'm a positive person. I'm productive, funny and very active, but I could be so much MORE if I didn't have this stupid weight weighing me down. I'm getting rid of it once and for all while I'm young so I can know how to lose weight, keep up on the weight I've lost and never let my body stop me from doing the things I love.
Speaking of doing the things I love.....
My Husband! He's going to do it too! We are in this together! We're going to get thin, we are going to get healthy and then we're going to get pregnant. I think that's my biggest drive with all this. I want a very healthy pregnancy, I want to know that I'm doing everything I can to give my baby the best chance of a healthy happy start.

Here's the Master Plan!

Excersize:
I plan to do Insanity every morning, so depending on the dvd that I use, that's 40 minutes of either cardio or conditioning (mainly cardio). At night, I'll hit the school gym and either do an hour class or an hour of circuit training. There will be nights that we can't get to the gym (snow, too much homework etc.) and my 30 day shred DVD will pick up the slack.

Food:
Food is good, I like eating and I LOVE cooking so this is the harder part. So I made this book of weekly meal plans. Me and Chad sit down after dinner on Sunday and plan the whole week in advance. This will help us not eat out so much and have more intentional meals. (I'm the worst wife, i get wrapped up in everything else and then dinner hits and i'm like, "who delivers?" i just get so tired.) So I've found 7-12 meals that make 15 minutes or less to prepare that are filling and low in calories! Right now we're just rotating though those but I am always looking for other ideas *hint hint readers, hook me up! I'm doing 1200 calories....for like ever. I'm also not eating any carbs after 2pm... for the most part. Winco had those cartons of grape tomatoes, $1.20 eat.....yeah, i bought 5! Ive been eating those like crazy and my awesomest cousin Austin brought me a bag of tangelos from AZ...these first 5 pounds are dedicated to you Austin! Thanks!

I know I can do this, I've lost weight before, and I am more than capable of not only losing weight but being fit!That"s the goal! There is so much that the Lord has blessing me with that I cant improve upon because my body is holding me back. I'm NOT ok with that and I know Chad isn't either. His motivation is his future family. He wants to be the active dad, the one that takes them camping and hunting. he want to be able to teach all his kids about his love for baseball. He is just as motivated as I am and let me tell you, that is the biggest help in the whole world! Having a husband who wants be as healthy as you do! 2013 will be the last year that I weigh this much...ever!
