Week 1 : Rough Start

Man...How unlucky can one girl get! I get the flu, on the 1st week of school and the 1st week of my diet! Not too happy! I still did great with eating! And I worked out the first two days  until my sweet husband wouldn't let me any more. I'm still getting over it but Saturday and Sunday were the worst so I didnt even record my eating on those days, i kinda just ate whatever, whenever my body let me. This is not the start I wanted but I'm just going to treat this next week like it's my first and hopefully I'll still lose as much as I wanted to this last week!
    I did a meal plan this next week so that should help. I hope to work out twice a day but I guess it still kinda depends on my health, I get a visit from Aunt Flo tomorrow and I'm still pretty sick so somethings gotta give before I work out or I'll just die. (not to be dramatic)

Here's My Stats from the 1st week,

Last weeks weight:208.4
This weeks weight: 208
Weekly weight lose: .4 lbs...i don't even want to talk about it
Total weight lose: .4 lbs :(
Yummy things I ate: Small Low fat ice cream cone, Chicken Parmesan (homemade, it was awesome), Chicken Salad at Ollies
New Recipies I tried: Chicken Parmesan, it wasn't the lowest calorie meal but it was delish and relatively healthy! Chad loved it! I used 1/2 the olive oilk it called for and only at b1/2 a chicken breast. with tomato sauce and low fat mozzarella cheese, it was about 400 cals! Not a bad lunch!
Trick of the week: Don't get the flu! Monday and tuesday I was on the right road, i was working out twice a day and eating 1200 cals then i got the flu and I couldnt work out the whole rest of the week, i was so sick! I still ate great! I stayed at or under 1200 every day except Sunday and I started my period on Sunday.
How do you feel?: Before I got sick, i felt so much better! even after two day i felt like i had lost weight but not i feel bloated puffy and stuffed up! I really hope I can knowck out this cold as soon as possible and get back into the gym.
Favorite workout: Insanity was really great but i think my long workouts were my favorite (the ones i did at night. I just hope I can get to feeling better so I can get my heart rate up again.

Below is my meal plan and how many calories were in everything, even though i didn't lose anything this week i feel like I did the best I've done with food in a while so I'll try this again next week.


Monday:

Tuesday:
