7 months old and ruling the world. Liams all over the place. He isn't even full-throtle crawling yet but his army crawl has really opened up his range of mobility. We're childproofing our already small apartment to limit the area of damage and keep him within our sights but he's constantly pushing the limits. He is teething again, this time on the top and he's not liking it! But on the bright side, he's loving the change in scenery in the food department. We were at a friends house the other day and while chad and I were chatting at the kitchen island with Liam sitting on the counter, we didnt notice him grab a tomato out of a bowl sitting next to him a take a HUGE bite out of it....he was a little confused but excited about the new tastes.
He is learning what kisses are and he knows how much we love them so when he's in a real good mood, he'll attack our faces with his open-mouthed slobbers. We still snuggle with him every morning but he's starting to be more considerate of our need for sleep so he'll make us get him out of the crib but once he's in bed with us, he'll just sit there quietly, patiently waiting until we're ready to play. Such a sweetie.
He's in the 85th percentile for height and the 35th percentile for weight. He's about 28 inches long and weighs 17.5 lbs. Healthy as a horse and as stubborn as an ass. He will never just sit on our laps, he wants to see everything all at once, so if he's facing forward he'll turn in a full circle, tell you about what he saw, then do it again. That's why his cuddles are so precious, he's rarely at a stand still.
This month he met his cousin Amelia and got reaquainted with Stratton.
He visited Grandma and Grandpa and got spoiled half to death.
He went on Idaho adventures with mom and dad and ate his first of many huckleberries
and enjoyed the summer by cooling off in the water as often as possible.
