one last snow

Hopefully I'm not jinxing it for the rest of my Rexburg friends but I'd like to think the freak snow storm we had this morning was just Rexburg saying goodbye to me and my little snow-obsessed family! We all woke up and ran to the window because we saw that it was forecast to snow in the morning the night before. As soon as the ground was sufficiently coated in glorious white stuff, Liam and I got dresses and played in the windy winter weather for an hour.

This kid lights up at the sight of snow just like his naive mother and he could go out there barefoot and naked if I'd let him (like his father)
He screams with delight every time a car drives by, but especially buses and fedex trucks.

The snow was so crunchy today and he stopped his feet til he fell over. Which is never long, we has very poor balance considering his extremely low center of gravity.
And there isn't too many things I love more than when my sons bummy waves high in there air every time he gets up after falling! We call him stinkbug because his impressions are uncanny.
Liam threw a snowball at me...I'm so proud

I know this is a wife thing but he even looks like Chad from behind! #squatybody
And yes, I'm totally fine with my son eating snow off the hedges at our apartments

 Caught in the act
 And so proud of it.

I felt so grateful to be able to enjoy one more snow day with my boy! We're going to miss so many things about Rexburg and winter most definitely will be one of them. Chad and I have already talked about coming back and making sure Liam know  where he was born and where all these special memories were made. Thanks for the snow...and may it not return until next winter.
